Counterfeit Product or "New unsafe" Formula?

when I started using this product, it originally consisted of SPF15 - because of this, I had never had dark knuckles, knees, elbows or toes. But the last two orders I placed in June and July, do not come with SPF15 indicated on the packaging - yet it is advertised as having SPF15. With these two last orders, I have developed dark knuckles on my fingers, toes, darkened knees and elbows, even though I am using a SPF50 consistently. I contacted the Germany and France Makari De Suisse stores to file a formal complaint, in writing and by phone, and I was informed that the product has been altered due to "Government Regulations", which is shocking that the regulations would call for a skin-safe ingredient to be removed from the product, making it unsafe. I am not sure if I was sold a counterfeit or if this is actually true. I am now flying to NEW YORK to file a complaint with the headquarters at Victoria Albi because the entire product has changed - it lathers when you apply a small pea-sized amount and turns extremely white, and takes more than 1 hour to just be absorbed into the skin fully. This is ridiculous.

Great product! But needs some moisturiser to combine with! It gets absorb in the body quickly which is good, but dries off not enough moisture!
